About this game

You play the role of a newly hired intern of Dr. Cubit’s. Dr. Cubit is an underfunded, genius, zany scientist on the leading edge of cube-based research. As his intern, you can earn his satisfaction by assisting with scientific research in the form of rolling around cubes, attaching different shapes to your cube, then orienting your cube correctly to match up with shaped gates.

During your internship, you will encounter 3 different shapes. The circle and square can be placed in any direction, while the triangle must be oriented correctly. You may also encounter teleporters and flooring that’s only temporarily visible, requiring additional spatial reasoning. There are 20 exciting experiments available for free and 5 crazy bonus experiments available by performing tests to Dr. Cubit’s standards. If you choose to fund Dr. Cubit’s research for $4.99, you can run 20 more challenging experiments and 5 more bonus experiments (not for the weak-minded)!

I think the cube game is very cool. And the cube is very fun because it rolls. I find that very much amusing. A incredulous game, must I say. Mostly because of the rolling cibe, but I also think that science guy is pretty ok too. But the cube... That cibe is the real MVP. Hope I can keep seeing the cube roll over

Fantastic puzzle game! I'm not a huge fan of the controls though, since you have to swipe at weird angles to move. This sometimes lead to me unintentionally rolling off the edge...

Thanks for the review! I am considering two features to address this. The first would be to slightly tilt the cube in the direction you are swiping before you finish your swipe so you can see what's about to happen before you lift your finger up. The second is an option to disable falling off the levels, where you would just bounce back instead.

Addictive and satisfying and a delight to look at. Plus, no annoying ads and interruptions, I will give five stars to any game just for that alone, but this one deserves it for its fun and challenging experience.

I really appreciate your review. Hopefully other developers will see this and stop making their games so abrasive!

What's new

⯁ It’s now possible to earn 4 hearts per experiment
⯀ Swiping without releasing in a direction causes the cube to partially roll in that direction, allowing you to preview the direction you will roll
⯁ You now cannot roll off the edges of a level by default.
⯀ Your best solution for each experiment will be saved and can be played back from the options menu
⯁ And a number of other smaller quality of life improvements
